Vitamins and minerals are an essential part of our daily diet.  Although I try to eat as healthy as possible, I’ve been taking a daily supplement for as long as I can remember.  This multivitamin is my tried and true, however I was interested in incorporating a B complex vitamin into my regimen.

There are numerous benefits of B vitamins.  They support a healthy metabolism, promote healthy hair and nails, and now research shows a link to a reduced risk of stroke.  They also give you a great boost of energy and focus, which is a much needed benefit when you’re faced with say a 12 hour shift in the ER — #longday.

Needless to say, when Happy Calm Focused reached out to me to review this supplement, I was excited.  This product truly does make me feel calm and gives me a gentle boost of energy.  The recommended dosing is 3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before breakfast, but I take 1 capsule with positive results.  My favorite effect of Happy Calm Focused is that I can take it on an empty stomach and not experience the unpleasant side effect of nausea like other supplements I’ve tried.
