Eating healthier always seems to be an agenda item for me.  While I like to think that I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, I’ve noticed that since I’ve hit 30, keeping the weight off is a challenge.  I’m always incorporating new recipes into my routine, and healthy snack ideas are important.

I don’t know about you, but I need a little chocolate every day.  It just makes me feel better.  Attention fellow chocoholics — eating chocolate regularly is heart healthy!  Chocolate lowers blood pressure, “bad” LDL cholesterol, and boasts a lower risk of heart disease.  It’s basically your sixth food group! ;-)

I’m so thankful that I found Weight Watchers snack foods at my local Shop Rite.  They are a game changer!  Biting into their snacks is like eating the real thing.  Their food never tastes “diet-y”.  I especially love the Weight Watchers Whitman’s Candies.  Each candy is 2 WW points, and they taste so rich!  Who said dieting wasn’t fun?!

One of my favorite snacks is to melt two Weight Watchers Caramel Medallions on top of two cups of the Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn popcorn.  It satisfies my sweet, salty, and chocolate cravings all at once!  Simply melt two candies in a microwave safe bowl and pour on top of your already popped popcorn.  Easy peasy!
