My second favorite shopping time of the year is upon us! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is officially underway. I’m a little late to the game this year, because I just returned from a relaxing trip to the Hamptons. I had a really wonderful week staying at the Montauk Yacht Club, which is always a good time… but, more on that later!
Upon my return home to New Jersey, I dutifully headed to Nordies to check out the deals. I stumbled across these Tory Burch boots, which I almost didn’t try on, because I have athletic calves. I blame the 10 years of ice hockey and dance classes when I was growing up! More often than not, designer boots run very narrow on me. Imagine my shock, when they zipped up smoothly over my boyfriend jeans! I almost shed a tear — just kidding — but I did scoop them up in BOTH colors. I subscribe to the “if you find something that you love, buy it in every color” rule. These boots are so sleek, sturdy, and perfectly equestrian. I can’t wait to wear them! The boots run true to size, but I ordered a half size up to accommodate cozy socks.
I snagged this jacket in multiple colors — white, black, and black tweed. It fits SO nicely, and looks great paired with a silk top, skinny jeans, and pumps. The styling options are practically endless, actually! The jacket runs true to size.
