Striped Sweater Tank

I love a good sweater tank.  I tend to rock them all summer long.  While a sweater tank is not necessarily the most ideal top on humid days for obvious reasons, it’s great for when you want to add a little something extra to an outfit.  They’re also perfect for work, because they’re heavier than a typical sleeveless blouse (hellooo, aggressive office A.C.!) and look very polished.  They add a little texture to an otherwise drab outfit, and in my opinion, look quite rich.  Something as simple as changing up a plain cotton tank to one with texture goes a long way!  I’m all about mixing in a trend or two in a minimal way, and I feel like a sweater tank does just that.

This black and white sweater tank has a nice knit and looks way more expensive than the price tag.  It’s legitimately only $14 right now (yes, you read that correctly!).  If you’re in between sizes, you may want to size down, but I went with my usual size.  I also recently added this sweater tank and bought this lace up version in 3 colors.  I’ve talked about my love for these white jeans before, but I’m obviously styling them again because they’re the best!  They’re only $40 right now and hold up like new wash after wash.  This raw edge floppy hat was the best $25 I ever spent, and it’s a dead ringer for the $400 Eric Javits version.

Black & white sweater tank (only $14!!!) runs a bit large, wearing a size S, but could have sized down to XS  //  High-rise white denim — fit is TTS, I wear a 27 (only $39!)  //  Resin disc drop earrings ($25 with code SHOPNOW)  //  Raw edge floppy hat (only $12.50!)  //  Gianvito Rossi metallic gold strappy sandals (on sale!)  //  Kate Spade wicker bag (old), but I love this one  //  Gucci sunglasses (old), but these are very similar
