I’m back with more Vegas outfit ideas after wrapping up a full week in Sin City. I was there for a surgical conference, but indulging in some fun at night is a must. There is so much to do! My nurse practitioner friend, Cecelia, and I went to dinner at Vanderpump à Paris one night in the Paris hotel. Cecelia is a bariatric and general surgery nurse practitioner from LA, and we connected at last year’s ASMBS conference. I highly recommend the conference if you’re a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, surgeon, or dietician either working in or interested in bariatrics.
Back to Vanderpump à Paris for my Bravo loving folk. While the ambiance and servers were great, the food itself was lackluster. I wish it had lived up more to the hype, but as the French would say, it was comme ci comme ça…
The goat cheese balls were decent, and I enjoyed my French poodle cocktail rimmed in gold flaked cotton candy. Maybe stop in for a drink and an appetizer or two, but nothing too crazy. Prices weren’t terrible, but there are better restaurants in Las Vegas much more deserving of your money. I think I mentioned from my previous post, that Catch Vegas was phenomenal and the bills were pretty much the same. My other favorite restaurants are Mastro’s and SW.
This dress was gorgeous, and I love a red moment. It’s a warmer fire engine red, and it looked and felt so good on. It was classy with a bit of an edge. I paired it with some novelty J.Crew Ratti print pumps from my archives. It was the perfect compliment to an otherwise monochromatic look and great Vegas outfit ideas for night.
