One of my all time favorite designers is Trina Turk. Her preppy Palm Springs inspired prints are lively, bold, and playful. I tend to gravitate to her looks for special events in my life. Like that time I wore one of her dresses to Bridgehampton Polo, and I was interviewed on The O’Reilly Factor with my Hamptons share house roomies — my 15 seconds of fame! That clip will live in infamy!
Naturally, when I heard about the Trina Turk Activewear line, I was immediately excited. While I’m a devoted mega-fan of Lululemon, their print selection falls short in my opinion. I love to pair bold prints on the bottom with solids on top. Trina has created a lively, fun collection with quality fabrics. I’m particularly fond of the line’s cropped leggings, which run true to size. For reference, I wear a size 4 or 6 in Lululemon, and I take a size small in Trina Turk. I find the fabrics to be soft and opaque, which is major deal breaker or maker for me. We all remember Sheer-Gate!

These clothes are so cute and they look super comfy. My favorite is the blue leggings. I’m always on the lookout for nice opaque workout gear!
