Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access Picks

Patriotic for the Fourth

Fourth of July weekend has finally arrived.  In my opinion, it’s the hands down best summer holiday!  Firecrackers, bonfires on the beach, endless amounts of rosé, jet skiing, boat rides — you name it!  My favorite place to spend the 4th of July is in the Hamptons, but this year I’m working on Monday and Wednesday.  Making a mental note to myself to take the whole week off next year… The only way to celebrate our nation’s independence is with a red, white, and blue ensemble. Mother’s Day with Aveeno

Plaid Summer Shirt

There is nothing that I love more than a summer plaid look.  This shirt is so bright and fun, and it looks especially killer paired with khaki or white pants.  The colors are so rich and saturated and would look amazing with a summer tan.  I’m not sure if I’ve properly documented my love of popover shirts in the past, but they’re pretty much the best button down shirt ever.  They look equally great worn naturally blousey or tucked into jeans.  The lightweight cotton material is perfect for chilly summer nights drinking rosé with my toes in the sand. Favorite Spring Trends

This outfit comprises all of my favorite spring trends in one shot.  Embroidery, off-the-shoulder, frayed denim, a vintage looking clutch, and leather mules.  When I saw this embroidered smocked top in the store, I knew I had to have it!  First of all, I love red.  Along with my beloved pink, red compliments my skin tone so nicely and makes me feel utterly confident.  Like rule the world confident — and we all need to feel that kinda #girlpower!  SOLD!
