Bold Red Coat

One of my favorite accessories during the colder months is a bold red coat.  It simply elevates every borderline monotone outfit to another level.  Also, I think it’s a color most of us can pull off.  Red coats are bold, happy, and completely timeless.  It’s a staple that will last you through the years.  Red is also a great winter color that goes with everything and can be dressed up or down very easily. By the time you read this blog post, I’ll be en route to Las Vegas for a nurse practitioner convention and fun in the sun.  I’ve had a cold for the past week, and I’m praying the air travel doesn’t rupture my eardrums.  I have notoriously small Eustachian tubes and normally have difficulty clearing my ears.  I ruptured my eardrums once on a flight to Florida in high school, and I have a little PTSD from the experience.  I’m taking all the necessary precautions, like decongestants, steroid nasal spray, and gum, and also investing in some Ear Planes.  I’ve heard…
