Yellow Stripe Poplin Top

I love a good stripe poplin top.  There is something so classic and nautical about a stripe shirt.  When I saw this top, I immediately decided that I would pair it with these turquoise beaded earrings.  There is something so complimentary about pairing yellow with turquoise, and I loved the extra pop of color.  Don’t you think the blue adds a little something something?  I love to find an excuse to throw on these vintage J.Crew yellow leather strappy heels, so I couldn’t wait to wear them with this outfit. Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 … & Giveaway!

Oh Lordy, the sale of all sales is only two days away!  It’s almost embarrassing how excited I get for the NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE.  Considering I’ve been a veteran #NSALE shopper since the age of 6 (the Nordstrom in Paramus, NJ opened its first New Jersey location in 1990), I consider myself an expert in navigating the “Christmas in July” extravaganza.  Fun fact: the foyer in my house has the same marble tile as the Paramus store thanks to my uncle who was a part of the project.
