Happy Sunday! I’m sharing a spring look from my vacation in Miami last week. I had the BEST time! It was the ultimate balance between relaxation and FUN! I went with a couple of nurse practitioner friends, and in retrospect, we all wish we stayed longer than 5 days. We stayed at Fontainebleau, which is one of my favorite hotels in South Beach. I had a beautiful oceanfront junior suite on the 34th floor of the Trésor tower. I highly suggest staying in this quiet tower if you stay at this property. There is even a private pool for tower…

I love a good fair isle sweater, and this one is no exception. It’s pretty much my winter uniform. I love the cozy wool blend and the soft, romantic muted colors. Pinks, greys, and burgundy are some of my favorites. One could say that I’m partial to pink 😉 I bought these jeans back in the fall, and I haven’t really worn them that much until recently. I think I forgot that I owned them, but oh my goodness, they are SO great! They hit at the perfect length — I’m 5’4″ for reference — and for mom jeans, they…
My favorite recipe for a stylist winter outfit is a cozy, luxurious turtleneck. My wallet doesn’t always agree, but luckily this sweater only feels luxe. It’s quite affordable, especially considering how designer it feels. The chunky, soft alpaca blend is equal parts cozy, stylish, and affordable. These booties are only $49 right now! I bought them a few months ago, and I’ve worn them…
The countdown to Christmas is on! What better way to kick off the holidays than donning this tartan holiday party look? I think over the years, I’ve definitely gotten bolder with my style, and I’ve almost adopted a “more is more” attitude. I take way more fashion “risks” now that I’m in my thirties. I’m not sure I would have had the guts to pull this look off in my twenties. I think when you get older, you’re more confident and down with your bad self — ladies, are you with me on this? I attended one holiday party last…
The Lele Sadoughi headband trend took me by no surprise. I’ve always been a huge fan of headbands. It all started back in grade school when I would wear them all the time, often positioning them right across my hairline to the distress of my mother. I thought that was the trendiest place to wear them — haha! Even budding fashionistas blunder sometimes :) Then, Blair Waldorf brought the headband to the fashion forefront during the Gossip Girls series, and everyone wanted to emulate her Upper East Side chicness. Insert Lele Sadoughi and her booming headband business. The name might…
