Last weekend, I picked out my Christmas Tree at a local farm. It’s always such a fun experience hunting for that perfect tree, hot cocoa in hand. Today, we’re expecting our first snowfall of the season. I love snow, as long as I don’t have to commute in it, and the timing of this storm and the weekend makes it perfect to enjoy! This morning, I’m going to sneak out to the gym, and then retire at home to try out some Christmas cookie recipes. Have you ever made Italian Neapolitan aka rainbow cookies?
