I’m excited to pass along the details of the much anticipated Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale 2018! Mark your calendars and alarms, because the sale officially kicks off in store on September 8th & 9th and ONLINE on September 10-12th at 8 AM EST!! If you’re a Lilly new-comer, this is the BEST sale of the season and it only happens twice a year. The summer sale, by far, is the biggest in terms of inventory, and you can score their iconic pieces for up to 70% off retail! Everything is marked down to ridiculously good prices. If you missed out on a previous piece or pattern or style, now is your time to get it.
The online sale gets CRAZY, so I’ll share the FAQ and tips I share every year:
– The sale will start in stores on September 8th and 9th, but the online sale (which will have the most styles and biggest inventory) kicks off at 8 am EST on the 10th. The sale runs through September 12th at 11:59 PM EST.
– Lilly will have a virtual line again! If you have shopped the sale before, you know the drill. I keep refreshing the homepage 5 minutes before the sale starts, but I STOP once I get a spot in the line. Be prepared for a wait, or “online queue”, but that means your spot is secured and you will be redirected to the sale once your spot is ready. DO NOT hit refresh after you’ve received your spot number, or you will be kicked back to the end of the line! Even if you have a crazy high number, be patient and don’t refresh! The line moves quickly!
– Get ready before the sale by pre-registering an account on Lilly’s website. Make sure you have the correct shipping and billing addresses and credit card information on file. This will help immensely with securing your cart once you hit checkout!
– This year, they are saying that they will not be adding more styles to the sale throughout the week.
– I recommend scanning the site now since some current styles will likely be discounted.
– Make an inventory of your current pieces in your closet now. Take note of style name, pattern, and most importantly, sizes! Jot these down on a notepad, so you can quickly refer to them once the sale starts. Per usual, the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale 2018 is not returnable. All sales are final!
– Be patient & prepared for frustrations! As usual, the volume of traffic is HUGE. There are a lot of Lilly Lovers out there! 😉
– During the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale 2018, you’ll likely see a couple of options: “show filters” and “sort by.” They’ve appeared at the top of the page in the past. There’s no use in wasting your time looking at products that aren’t available in your size, so click “show filters” and select “women’s sizes” first. I tend to then click on “sort by” and select “price – low to high” next.
